Cold Chicken Caesar Pasta Wraps

2 cups chilled cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast (rotisserie chicken works beautifully)

1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (adjust to your taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken and Pasta: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled rotini pasta and the shredded chicken. If using rotisserie chicken, ensure it is completely shredded into bite-sized pieces for a better texture in each wrap.

    Combine the Vegetables: Add the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese to the chicken and pasta mixture. Gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.

      Dress the Salad: Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the combined mixture. Toss everything together until all components are well-coated with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. Feel free to add more dressing if you desire a creamier flavor.
