2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

4 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps

1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and ranch dressing. Stir well until the chicken is fully coated in the dressing, ensuring every piece is covered. Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.

    Assemble the Wraps: On a clean, flat surface, lay out the flour tortillas or spinach wraps. In the center of each tortilla, spoon a generous amount of the seasoned chicken mixture. Follow with a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, a few halved cherry tomatoes, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and a few slices of red onion. If you're opting to add avocado, lay those slices on top as well.
