1/4 cup buttermilk (or use milk for a lighter alternative)

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix (dry seasoning)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup corn (either fresh or thawed frozen corn)

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a touch of heat)

Cook the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your chosen pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, typically around 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining the rest. Set the drained pasta aside.
