1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling, plus more for greasing)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures an evenly baked dish once you're ready to put it in.

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli florets, half of the grated sharp cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
