1 teaspoon onion powder

12-15 mini phyllo cups (store-bought or homemade)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside in a bowl.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add the Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use a whisk or spatula to mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

        Combine Ingredients: To the sauce mixture, add the shredded chicken and the cooked macaroni. Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese along with the finely chopped green onions. Mix until all elements are evenly coated in the sauce.
