½ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

1 cup diced ripe tomatoes

¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Marinate the Chicken: Start by slicing the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide. Place the chicken strips in a bowl and cover them with buttermilk, ensuring that all pieces are submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the chicken to tenderize and soak up flavor.
