1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach or a mix of your favorite greens, chopped

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

1/2 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Optional: sliced avocado and grated cheese for extra flair and flavor
