Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add the ripe mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, fresh lime juice, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Take a quick taste test and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.

    Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the delightful mango yogurt mixture into your popsicle molds, ensuring you leave a small space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during freezing. Gently tap the molds on the kitchen counter to release any trapped air bubbles, ensuring a smooth texture.

      Insert Sticks: If you are using wooden sticks, follow your molds' specific instructions for inserting them. If your molds come with a lid, position the lid on top before carefully inserting the sticks; this will help keep them centered during freezing.
