Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 slices of cinnamon raisin bread

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for extra sweetness)

Fresh fruit (such as sliced strawberries, bananas, or blueberries) for topping

Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spoon to stir until the mixture is smooth, creamy and well combined. Set the bowl aside.

Make the Cinnamon Sugar Mix: In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon with 1 tablespoon of honey or granulated sugar to create a cinnamon-sugar blend. This will be used to sprinkle over the bread for extra flavor.

Toast the Bread: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the cinnamon raisin bread slices generously with the melted unsalted butter. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle each side with the cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crisp.

Add the Yogurt Topping: Once your bread is nicely toasted, remove it from the oven. While still warm, generously spread the yogurt mixture over each slice of toast, ensuring an even coverage.

Top with Granola and Chocolate Chips: Evenly sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt-covered toast, and if you’re using them, add mini chocolate chips for an extra layer of sweetness and texture.

Freeze the Toasts: Place the prepared toast on a clean baking sheet and slide it into the freezer for about 30 minutes. This will help firm up the yogurt layer, creating a delicious frozen dessert.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the toast is frozen and the yogurt layer is firm, remove it from the freezer. Top each slice with your choice of fresh fruit. For an indulgent treat, consider adding a dollop of whipped cream on the side. Enjoy your delightful Frozen Yogurt Cinnamon Toast Melts immediately!
