Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (choose between plain or vanilla for added flavor)

1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter (your preference)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (for natural sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (to enhance the flavor)

1 cup rolled oats (for a hearty texture)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or use chopped dark chocolate for deeper flavor)

1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are excellent choices)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (to balance the sweetness)

1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for added chewiness)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, almond butter (or peanut butter), maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: To the yogurt mixture, add the rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Sprinkle the sea salt over the top and stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. If you wish for a chewy element, gently fold in the mini marshmallows.

Prepare Popsicle Molds: Spoon the combined mixture into popsicle molds, packing it down firmly with the back of a spoon to ensure the pops will hold their shape once frozen. Leave about 1/2 inch of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion while freezing.

Insert Sticks: If you are using popsicle sticks, carefully place them into the center of each mold. If you do not have sticks, simply cover the molds and proceed to freeze without sticks.

Freeze: Position the filled molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until the pops are completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once the pops are fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Carefully pull the pops from the molds and serve immediately. Relish in this refreshing and healthy treat, perfect for warm days!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 6 pops

Presentation Tips: Serve the pops in a tall glass or on a colorful plate garnished with additional chocolate chips and nuts for an eye-catching display! Enjoy the delightful blend of flavors and textures.
