Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey, plus additional for drizzling

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed nuts, chopped (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans)

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup dried fruit (such as cranberries or raisins)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of honey, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or whisk to stir the mixture thoroughly until it becomes smooth and evenly blended.

Prepare the Add-Ins: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the chopped mixed nuts, granola, and dried fruit. If desired, add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavor. Toss everything together until the ingredients are well mixed.

Combine the Mixtures: Carefully fold the nut and fruit mixture into the yogurt base using a spatula. Gently combine until all the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt, being careful not to overmix.

Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Using a tablespoon, scoop the yogurt mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters about the size of golf balls. Space each cluster around 2 inches apart to allow for even freezing.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Serve the Treats: Once frozen, you can either enjoy the clusters immediately or transfer them to an airtight container for longer storage in the freezer. Just before serving, drizzle a touch of extra honey over the clusters for an added layer of sweetness.

Enjoy: To enjoy, take out your desired number of frozen clusters and let them sit at room temperature for about 2 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly before indulging.
