1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

2 cups broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons dried thyme

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s ready for roasting.

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes.

      Season the Vegetables: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and smoked paprika. Toss everything together with your hands or a spoon to ensure each piece is well coated with the seasonings.
