1 pound ground sausage (choose either pork or turkey)

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground sausage. Use a spatula to break the meat into smaller pieces as it cooks. Sauté until fully browned and no longer pink in the center, about 7-10 minutes. After cooking, drain any excess grease from the skillet.

      Add Green Chilies: Mix in the diced green chilies along with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the sausage. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chilies to heat through and release their flavor.

        Scramble the Eggs: In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently and occasionally, until they are fully scrambled and just set. Once done, remove from heat.
