1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably sugar-free or at least 70% cocoa)

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients thoroughly until they are well blended.

      In a separate bowl, blend together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), almond butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

        Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until everything is combined. The dough should feel slightly sticky yet manageable. If it appears too dry, add a teaspoon of water or nut milk to adjust the consistency. Conversely, if it’s too moist, sprinkle in a touch more almond flour.
