6 large flour tortillas

12 slices of smoked ham

12 slices of Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1 cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh spinach leaves (optional, for added freshness)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Dijon mustard. Add the finely chopped chives (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Use a fork or spatula to mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

    Spread the Mixture on Tortillas: On a clean countertop or cutting board, lay out each flour tortilla flat. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface of each tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

      Layer the Ham and Cheese: Place 2 slices of smoked ham on top of the cream cheese layer on each tortilla, followed by 2 slices of Swiss cheese. If you're including spinach leaves, lay a few on top for added freshness and crunch.

        Roll it Up: Starting from one edge of the tortilla, carefully roll it up tightly (but not too tightly to avoid squishing the filling). Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll. Repeat this process for all of the tortillas until they are all filled and rolled.

          Chill for Firmness: Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap, then place them in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 30 minutes; this step will help the roll-ups firm up, making them easier to slice.
