1 cup almond milk (or your preferred type of milk)

2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter

2 tablespoons strawberry or grape jam/jelly

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Fresh fruit for topping (such as sliced bananas or a mix of berries)

In a mixing bowl, pour in the rolled oats along with the almond milk. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.

    Incorporate the peanut butter, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are smoothly combined.

      Gently fold in the jam or jelly. You can either swirl it through for a beautiful marbled effect or mix it in completely for a consistent flavor throughout.

        Evenly distribute the oat mixture into two jars or containers with tight-fitting lids.
